In this interactive seminar, Daniel and Abiola will explore what it takes to build a career in the entertainment industry. They will discuss attitude, goal setting, drive and determination, and what makes you stand out from the rest. Together, they will expand upon some tools and tips for stepping up to the next level of success. They will also open up to a Q&A session.

Daniel Dresner is a teacher and coach to actors starting out and those who have already made it. He is the author of A Life-Coaching Approach to Screen Acting and has a career as an actor stretching over twenty years on three continents. Combining this with his life-coaching experience, Daniel has developed a unique approach to the empowerment of actors on a personal and professional level, as well as their acting skills and technique.

Abiola Ogunbiyi is an award-winning filmmaker, actor, writer, musician, and performance artist. She currently stars in the period-drama Jamestown (SKY ONE -U.K. and Amazon Masterpiece/PBS -U.S.), created by the makers of Downton Abbey. Selected credits include: The Book of Mormon, Mamma Mia! (West End), and Girls (Soho Theatre, World Premiere) for which she received an OFFIE Award nomination for Best Female Performance. Abiola’s debut comedy short, Sexellence, recently won Best International Film at the Portland Comedy Film Festival.
