Felicity Jackson, born and raised in North London, started performing from a young age at dancing festivals; and acting in school plays, aswell as becoming a music scholar at St Albans High School for Girls which led to performing the bassoon at prestigious venues throughout the UK. At eighteen years old she choose acting as her favoured art, and gained a place at The Court Theatre Training Company' where she gained a BA: (Hons) in Acting.
Felicity has acted in a tour of 'Vicious Circle,' around the UK, aswell as filming various short films in Los Angeles including 'Better In than Out,' 'Living on the Outside,' and 'Homeless.' She has performed in a production of 'A Christmas Carol' in Scotland and in well known ‘The Railway Children’ at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.’ Felicity also appeared in Season 7 of The Apprentice on BBC1, she was fired in week 4 after failing to make a profit on selling beauty products! Felicity enjoyed the experience, and has decided that selling hair bows is not for her!!!
Felicity now works with two companies Surviving Actors and Casting Day, which both offer services for actors. Casting Days is an initiative of Surviving Actors, and puts on showcases for professional actors looking to change the direction of their career.
Felicity set up Surviving Actors single-handedly and Surviving Actors aims to provide valuable conventions where actors can grow and learn new tricks of the trade. Felicity developed the convention from helping a fellow thespian with finding a second job, into a full blown actor’s convention.
Lianne Robertson, born and raised in the far North East of Scotland in a small fishing town called Fraserburgh, has always had a love for performing. It started from a young age in school plays, choirs, competitions and a Junior Arts Society. At age 17 she studied Acting & Performance for two years at Aberdeen College then onwards to get her BA (Hons) Acting at The School of the Arts in the University of Northampton. Lianne is now currently running Surviving Actors and working as an actor in Glasgow.
Some of Liannes credits have been a production of 'A Midsummer Nights Dream' AlterEgo Theatre Company, she has appeared in a feature film that went to Cannes 2010 with Cops actor Jack Marsden, 'Road' directed by Daniel Bye, 'Event Horizon' directed by Mark Bodicoat, 'Romeo & Juliet' directed by Elly Green and 'The Permanent Way' directed by Simon Godwin.
Most recently Lianne has worked as a Creative Arts Therapist with disabled children at Rainbow House orphanage in Thailand and has been a regular Role Play actor at St Georges Medical School London. Lianne has been supporting Felicity with her vision and aims to make Surviving Actors bigger and better, using her creative skills to grow Surviving Actors as the Business Development Manager.
